No Excuses, July



July is here at last. I can't believe we're already so far into the summer. There is only another month and a half left. In the last month, I have become one serious slacker as far as my weight loss goes. For the last week or so I've been weighing in at 142 with very little fluctuation. I reached 139, but haven't really been able to get back down to it. At 142, that puts me officially 12 lbs above my goal weight. 

I spend my time oogling over girls I still want to look like instead of actually getting my ass up and out there and actually working to get the body I want. I'm done with that. I've been so exhausted lately, and for no good reason. I'm back to lying in bed literally all day and thinking I have nothing better to do with my life.

Well, July is here and that is about to change. I'm getting up and going out again. I'm not going to just sit in the house and mope the rest of the summer away. I'm going to get down to 130 by the end of the summer. I'm going to start kicking ass and taking names again. I'm going to start actually seeing progress in my progress photos again.

I have 12 more lbs to go after the 23 I've already lost. over 65% there. I can't give up now.

This was my original thinspiration girl. I found her when I was floating right around 155 and she made me realize that 140 probably wasn't going to make me happy, but 130 seemed like a good goal.

She's still a great inspiration and I hope that when I do get down to 130 I'll start to see myself resembling this. In the meantime, here are some other pictures I've been going over for inspiration to get my lazy ass out of bed.

  1. Whew, those last three pictures seem TOO skinny to me. I'm glad you have a goal and you're determined to reach it, just be careful along the way. Sometimes girls get to the weight they thought they'd be happy with and, even though they look great, they're still unsatisfied and go further and further until they wind up at an unhealthy weight. So just be careful. =)
